ADVERTISING The listing and a photo will be posted at Sutton Group’s Kiosk stand at the Cataraqui Town Centre which allows for thousands of people passing by to see (people in and out of town). The listing will go on the Multiple Listing Service® providing for online searches and awareness. A Professional Hitching Post Sign would be placed on the property along with directional signs leading prospective buyers to the property. Weekly Advertisements in either Kingston This Week or The Whig Standard alternating are provided and your home will be featured in Homes & Land magazine as well as on the web site www.homesandland.com which gets your home infront of buyers accross North America. OPEN HOUSES Open Houses would be held periodically until the property was sold with Colour Feature Sheets made available to prospective buyers to pick up as they view the house. |
